Our pillow boxes are delivered flat, so all you need to do is pop the sides in at each end and voilà, your box is ready to be used.
Pillow box sizes - unboxed
With three sizes, we have all your packaging needs covered. All sizes are (depth) x (width) x (height).
60 x 80 x 20mm (finished size) – flat size 140 x 100mm – (includes 20mm tape flap) - use for jewellery and wedding favours.
100 x 150 x 30mm (finished size) – flat size 223 x 180mm – (includes 24mm tape flap) - use for stationery and soap.
150 x 150 x 50mm (finished size) – flat size 323 x 200 – (includes 24mm tape flap) - use for gift packs.
Uses: Branded / promotional giveaways, staff gifting, craft fair packaging, wedding favours, custom packaging for small businesses.

Artwork tip: If you require a foil or spot UV (scodix) special finish on your box, please ensure you download one of our templates, make an additional page and set the area you'd like to be foiled / spot UV'd in 100% black. You can use the guides on the template to ensure all the artwork falls in the correct place on your box.

How do I assemble pillow boxes?
Pillow boxes are delivered flat, so assembly will be necessary. Simply pop in the sides after inserting your product.
What sizes are available for pillow boxes?
We offer three sizes: 60 x 80 x 20mm, 100 x 150 x 30mm and 150 x 150 x 50mm.
Can I add special finishes to my pillow boxes?
Absolutely! You can add spot UV, gold and silver scodix finishings to your pillow boxes.
Are pillow boxes recyclable?
At present, our pillow boxes are not recyclable due to the paper stock used.
Are pillow boxes suitable for food packaging?
They can be used for food packaging if the food is pre-wrapped. However, we do not recommend sealing food inside for health and safety reasons.
